School rides you can see, every day
آپ کے بچے کا سفر، ہماری نگہبانی میں
Nigehbaan runs its own school vans with verified drivers, a female attendant and live tracking. You see every step, from your gate to the school gate and back.
Private vans leave parents guessing
Who is driving today? Did my child get on? Why is the van late? With most school vans, you only find out when something has already gone wrong.
Unknown drivers
Drivers change without notice, and often send a friend or relative in their place.
No idea where the van is
You wait at the gate, call the driver, and hope he picks up while driving.
No updates
Nobody tells you when your child is picked up, reaches school or is on the way home.

Two services, one standard of care
Six checks on every trip
Safety isn't a promise on a poster. It is built into the app, the van and our operations room.
Selfie to start
The driver's face is matched before the trip begins. No match, no trip.
Two GPS sources
The driver's phone and the van's tracker must agree. If they drift apart, ops is alerted.
Female attendant
In every van, on every route. She handles pickup and handover.
Guardian handover
Children go only to guardians you approve, checked with a photo and code.
Locked staff phone
The staff app works on one registered phone, so nobody can drive in someone else's place.
SOS and ops room
One tap reaches our operations team, who watch every trip live.
One app for parents. One for our staff. One room watching it all.
What parents ask us
Who drives the van?
Our own trained drivers, employed by Nigehbaan. Every driver is police checked and must take a selfie in the app before each trip starts. If the face doesn't match, the trip can't begin.
Is there a woman in the van?
Yes. A trained female attendant rides in every van. She picks up and hands over the children, and she is always there on women's office routes.
How long will the van wait at my gate?
Up to 3 minutes. You see the countdown live in the app. If your child isn't out in time, the van moves on so other children aren't late, and you get an alert straight away.
How do I know where the van is?
Open the app. You see the van on the map, the time it reaches your gate and every step: on the way, picked up, at school and home.
What if a different driver comes?
That should never happen without warning. If ops changes the van or driver, you get a message with the new driver's name, photo and van number first. If someone else turns up, tap Report and ops calls you within minutes.
Who can receive my child at home?
Only the guardians you add in the app. The attendant checks the guardian's photo and a 4-digit code before handing over. If no one is home, ops calls you first.
